Refund & Cancellation Policy

As per decision taken in RAS Club committee meeting held at club, applied from August 1st, 2022 onwards regarding cancellation & rrefunds policy for further bookings of Rooms & Banquet functions as per given below cancellation policy.

We would love to host you but in case your plans change, our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and fast refunds. Our standard check-in time is 2 PM.

Cancellation Policy:

The RAS club will be holding all the rooms/space listed in the online bookings once the rooms / banquets is confirmed. Should any specified rooms / function on any listed date be cancelled, the following cancellation charges will be imposed:

Cancellation Period Room & Catering Charges
91-180 days prior to arrival 10% of room & catering charges
31-90 days prior to arrival 20% of room & catering charges
Upto 30 days prior to arrival 30% of room & catering charges

* Total Charges = Total room nights multiplied by room rate, no. of persons multiplied by final rate.
* Cancellation made within 24 hrs. to the rooms arrival date / function date will attract retention 100% chargeable on the guarantee shared by member.

Changes, additions & modifications:

All charges additions, deletions or stipulations by either the RAS Club or the client will not be considered agreed to, or binding to the other, unless such modification has been initiated or otherwise approved in writing by the other.
